Apparently the department of homeland security doesn't want me to get my mail

I live in an unincorporated part of the county that I live in. The post office does not deliver mail to your home out here so you must go get a P.O. box at the local post office to receive your mail. I went there twice with my photo id and I also have several prepaid credit cards with my name on them, which used to suffice for a second form of id. Now though the post office will not accept a credit card as a second form of id, they now want a passport or other secondary picture identification. I think that this is because the post office now sells passports. Anyhow they wouldn't let me get a P.O. box because I am not on the lease here (mind you I moved in with a friend of mine 4 months ago, his origional lease is almost 5 years old) The long and short is the guy I live with was able to get a P.O. Box without any secondarhy ID but they wouldn't add me to his box. The lying b*&^h down at the post office told me to mail myslef a letter to the P.O. box in care of him and when I got it just bring it in and she would accept that and add me to the box. Well I did that and when I took the envelope in she lies right in my face and tells me that she didn't say that! I was just trying to transfer my mailing adress from the PO Box that I had the next city over from here with my ex and apparently as far as the department of homeland security is concerned I am a non person. I have to have all my mail delivered care of the guy that I live with now! This is frustrating, because when they address a check that way it now becomes a three party check! However I refuse to pay for a passport from these lying slobs who are too lazy to deliver mail to peoples homes in the first place!
