What do you think? Do you think men feel superior or think they are superior to women.? DO you feel that men treat women differently ..in how they speak to them ..then they would speak to their men friends.. ?

I actually think there are two separate questions here and they aren't linked . Men who feel superior to women aren't worth the time of day. Men are different to women in many many ways and this is illustrated from cradle to grave but superior or fact that inferior no just different. I think and perhaps hope that men do speak differently with other men than with women but by the same token I know a group of women speak totally differently when they are on their own than when there are men present (thank goodness lol)

I agree that men and women are put together inside and out differently.. I also think that when problems are looked at from each one..women think on oneside of the brain and then men on the other side;)

I feel some men do that. But I feel even more so that its the opposite. That women assert themselves as superior to men. Plenty of experience about it. I've seen plenty on it. Seen/read some women talking down to guys that they know and guys in general. Also seen some women talking different to women than they do men in this example.

really.. ? Wow.. I am quite shy ..and think it would be quite a challenge to try to tough up and put up a front of strength in front of a man..lol

Its not exactly strength. More of it is contempt and disgust for others, along with a sense of self-entitlement. Along with this, sometimes its also some or all of the following: lack of shame, no empathy, narcissism, being raised poorly, programming from notable organizations/media, or drawing from iconic(but worthless) examples in the media. When put together, its more of a weakness but projected as this vile mindset and lifestyle onto people in the lives of these women (particularly against guys).

Have to say I agree, although of course it depends on the culture, but generally here it seems to be women that seem to feel superior and they go on about it to such a degree it smacks of insecurity. all the best urban

In my case mostly the ones who are young or in a high position make me feel inferior. I personally never meet a man who are older than I or not in high position do this to me. I've met someone younger than I, working for the same boss, being arrogant. He spoke to me differently than the way he speaks to the boss, who is male. I ignored him and after a while he quit. I guess even if he speaks politely to the boss doesn't make him a good worker in his eyes. He is married and yet was flirting with a young female coworker who refused him. Hahahah he can feel superior if he wants, but now he knows he is not that attractive, or in any position higher than me.

I can say I feel the same way..Older men..like 50 or older usually have had some training on manners and etiquette. Younger men..sad to say..are all about their ego..and flaunting their manpower..lol I know waht you mean about younger men being bosses..and not knowing how to handle it...lol

No equality should be on top of this relationship. Others want to be pleased all the time.. SOme men are like that they want to be superior than the woman..But me I dont like that because I feel like i dont have my freedom i feel like manipulated and tied and just follow what he tells me all the time.

It shouldnt be that way, though, you shouldnt feel manipulated..In a loving relationship ..that shouldnt be.. I know some cultures..men just assume they are the "bosses" ..It's how they were brought up. There are some men, however, that I wish you get on the ball ..get a job, and assume some responsability in the family.

excellent question! Well, as a man I can say that I dont think that either gender are superior, each of them have their qualities that the opposite gender doesnt. I will admit that I do have issues concerning women though but that's just down to my own personal experience of what I've been through with women and I don't use that as an ultimatum for something to hold against women.

wow.. sorry to hear you have some issues there with women. Sometimes experiences tend to shape our way of behaving..we can control our behavior though and don't have to let the past affect the present.

Of course men are superior to women! (quickly ducks as various items come flying at me!!!) Women have an inferiority complex that makes them raise questions like this. Women that know their place have a much easier life. Trust me - I'm a used car salesman - I know I'm right. haha

hi, nowadays, i dont think still have some stupid men think they are superior than women. you know, there is not different between man and woman. in fact, investigations have shown that maybe women are superior than men in genetics. you know, women have two X chromosome while men have only one, with another Y chromosome. X is more superior than Y.

I wanted outside proof, but nevermind. You don't have to. And one final thing. There are some arguments that "maybe" genetically men are superior due to the end result of the person (psychological profiles, mental processes, resilience factors). I still think what you presented and the arguments I mentioned have some validity, but I find it counterproductive in ways.
