I am assuming (uh oh) there would be a legal contract and some sort of trust that will hold the $399,000.00 until these people die. Otherwise, how is the buyer guaranteed that the money will be there as promised? Then what is the purpose of selling the house if this couple can't use the money from the sale? It sounds real messy to me! PEACE

Wonder what happens if they don't have that much money left in their estate? Even when you think you have alot of money, things can happen, that take alot of your money. It sounds too good to be true.

What an interesting concept. Am sure they will have some "takers" with this kind of offer. It could be the start of a new trend in order to sell property.
