can anyone help me solve my problem on my computer!!!!

i have a computer and i upgraded it! i bought a new SATA internal hard drive and then installed it in my computer! after it was installed, there is an icon in the task tray for the safe removal of my hard drive! my question is how can i make my hard drive not to be in safe removal? so that there will be no icon that will pop-up after the windows starts!!!! thnx!!!!
