I'm not sure why you are asking this question, but I'll try to answer. If it bothers you to see her, then close your curtains or change your seating position so that she won't be a distraction. Even if she's "hot", out of respect you shouldn't be gawking at her - especially in her own home. If she is someone you'd like to know, go over and introduce yourself! Do be shy! Just say hi, I'm (your name), your neighbor and I thought it would be nice to introduce myself. How are you? Can't do any harm with that approach. Good luck!
