Colts vs. Patriots

Well, the showdown that has been talked about for over a week now if finally over and the Patriots won the game by 4 points.
however, the Colts were missing a key player- Marvin Harrison. They played a good game until the last 9 minutes and then they blew it. They were ahead by 10.
I will say that their defense played better than I have seen in a long while and they should have won the game. Bad passes were an issue with Manning and I think that sort of controls their game. I know that Coach Dungy seemed really upset.
Tom Brady got sacked three times and the Patriots got one sack on Manning. I was surprised to see Mathis play like he did.
there was a fabulous run by Addai, which I think was 102 yards for a touchdown! He seems to be the best runner they have now!!
Well, I am sure that it isn't the last time we will see these two teams play against each other this season.

I watched the game too. Thought it was great and I do think it could have easily come out another way. I'm with you, can't wait to see the next match between them, hopefully it happens.

Yes, it could have but the Colts have suffered their first loss and it was to the Patriots. That is a rivalry that seems to always make for a good game. Both Brady and Manning are good quarterbacks and I think that they like to challenge themselves in those games.

I live in Indiana and as you can imagine we are hugh Colts fans. I also watched the came and it was heartbreaking, but it would have been also for all of the Patriot fans had it gone the other way. It was sad to see it go in the last minutes but only one of them could win. I don't think it was a matter of one team being better than the other, both are at the top of their game and that is why there was so much hype about it.
I love my Colts but I have all of the respect in the world for the Patriots. And Manning and Brady are both such cuties. LOL.

A fellow Hoosier!! I also have a lot of respect for them. I was hoping the Colts could go undefeated this season but it wasn't meant to be. It was heartbreaking and it seems as though the Colts either have a great forth quater or they play lousy. However, I love them anyway!!!
