Do vagrants, street people abound your streets in the city

Here in our place there are lots of homeless people who just stay around, doing nothing, just exists. Sometime it is annoying, but we got to live with them. What I noticed, in some far away places, in the provinces, there are few of them roaming around. I have to conclude that these settlers do like to live in the city and not in the provinces and towns they were born. Do you have the same kind of people in your place?
