In this modernized world, we come across some persons or some incidences which disturb our inner peace of mind. To handle such situations and to have a better peace of mind, it is better to take a weekly break and to spend time with nature to gain energy. Nature has got a rich energy with which we can gain by observing our internal peace and enjoying the silence of nature or its wilderness. You can gain that energy by watching the slow ripples of water, the movement of fish in a lonely pond or the buzzing sound of the wind in a bamboo forest or any such lonely place you like.. Tried ever? Try it out...

Yes, I agree, there is much to see in our daily lives that could disturb our inner peace. Finding the mindset to deal with these things in a way that does not upset our calmness is often helped my yoga and mediation. But some days, when you see things that are clearly wrong, unfair and unjust, it is hard to remain calm, rational and logical. The 'fire in the belly' begins to grumble and stir. So I take the dog for a walk and look at the clouds in the sky, take deep breaths, and talk to myself and seek kindness for those who know no better. But other days, heck I just lose it and say what I think !! Sorry, I am still on the pathway to inner peace.

That is really fine.. Everyone who has started the process of search towards the inner peace, goes on in his own pace with his own strategies. Hope we shall be able to find that one day.. With good hopes..

I agree with you, I have just discovered how wonderful just growing simple things in the garden can do for you, and even the sound of the waves at the beach to be is just so refreshing for the body, nature has given these things to us and as I have found everything with in nature is there for a reason.

yes you are right. Everything in nature is for a cause.. The nature has evolved in a nice manner taking its own time. Like the same humans are also constantly evolving according to the environment they live in.
