More than a teacher,i become a part-time saleperson and a cheap physical labor to help she sell the plant.the worst thing is,she always say some mean words about my job. I need money and work experience, but the ex-work make me feel terrible.i apply for a teacher, not a salesman or gardener anyway. I cant get my salary if i quite now,i have worked for one week.should i quite now or a month later or stay for a while? what you say?

Hi! If you really like the job and wanna gain some experience or you really need to earn some money, then you can stay. But if you really wanna earn money,I don't think it's wise to stay with a mean boss. You can wait and see,if she's really hard for you to get along with, then quit it and find a new one. I'm sure you'll find one you like:)

From what you have revealed, I am guessing you are teaching in a private school or some really small-scale establishment. In this case, you don't really have any choice - though you still can complain to the relevant authorities in your country. But after you do that, your job will quite definitely be at stake and it will literally sour the relationship between you and your boss. So back to the question of if you should stay and continue to suffer the "abuses" of your boss. Can you quit and still survive? How desperately do you need the money? Can you find a new job or a new source of income? I think once you have these answers, you will know what to do (hopefully). Good luck! ^^

your boss is a woman?except your boss,do you like your job, your students?i dont know what you have suffered, but if you cant find any happiness or worthy things in your job,i think it's time to find a new job,you can keep the present job before you find a new one.or maybe you could just talk to your boss.i cant find any other idea.good luck for you.

There are no perfect boss. There would always be negative traits on their part. But in turn, you always have a choice: It's either you quit your job or change you attitude. Quitting will surely end what you have been experiencing, but if you choose to stay, you can definitely learn hope to cope with whatever trials, and in turn use that experience in your future job. My take, give it another month, but in the end it's still your choice my friend.
