ggggggggrrrrrrr! as in ggggggggrrrrrrrrr! big time...
It's been going on for days now....
Always the same! 'server error' message!
I'm talking about yahoo! everytime I open my email it doesn't appear..and will give me this 'server error' message on the screen.
I had to refresh the page again, restarted my pc..did everthing I think that could fix it...but still no use.
The same happened to my brother too. I dunno if it's only happening to us or to you guys as well.
And the most annoying part is that I used my yahoo account in receiving notifications here in myLot. Now I have to change my email account here in myLot...huhuhuhuhuhu...

Awwwww sorry to hear that. I don;t use yahoo even though I do have a yahoo email account which i haven't used in years LOL

I don't use yahoo. I hope it starts working for you again. I hate when something like that happens. I used to use hotmail for my email and I had my bills sent to my email address instead of getting the paper statements in the mail. Well, something happened and I couldn't get into my hotmail anymore cause it kept telling me to type in those letters you see but it just kept going back to that same screen everytime and I couldn't ever get back into my email. So I had to open up another email account and have all my bills sent to that new email addy. It made me so mad.

Maybe it's your internet service provider's fault. But then again, come to think of it, I did encounter a problem while corresponding in yahoo. I pressed send and then something went wrong and there was a notice that my message was not sent. And I tried again but the pictures I attached did not go through. But this happened about a week ago. I haven't tried using yahoo after that incident. I also don't know the real reason behind your problem, but just to share to you that I did wnt through kind of similar situation while using yahoo.

I reckon the problem is at yahoo's end, the same thing happened to my father, I chatted to him this afternoon and he mentioned that he tried to send me some pictures but after he sent it a message "message was not sent" appeared too.
I just tried opening my yahoo account again and nothing happened, just frustration! *wehehe* thanks for sharing.

So sorry to hear that you are having problem with your Yahoo email. I use Yahoo mail too but mine is yahoo.com.sg. These past few days, I did not experience any problem with the email or the email server. Once a while, there is problem loading the messages, but if I retry, usually the messages will load. I hope your problem will be resolved soon. I can understand the frustrations faced in not being able to get to the folders and emails. Two months ago, I had this problem and sent a support ticket to them, and Yahoo resolved the problem quite quickly. Not sure what they did, but it was some twitching at their server end.

Yeah, I guess yahoo is having some problems or doing some changes in their system. It's really frustrating and irritating too. Well, at least the yahoo messenger is working just fine...thank God! coz if that happens..I would really....I dunno what would I do...*huhuhu* Thanks for sharing! *smile*

Well even i had the same problem a couple of days back.....I was getting really irritated bu that but now i think everything is fine..
Initially there was problem in yahoo messenger each time i was getting signed and sometimes even if i was not online it showed online..

I was getting that for awhile but my internet company helped me out. it has somthing to do with your settings as far as i know its a bug and when it gets in there or whaever gets in there they change your settings....when my internet provider walked me throught the settings and changed them back i have had no problems

i m sorry to hear that. i quiet understand well how upset you are on those condition. have you checked to your provider? it might be some problem on their network or server. but yesterday, when i opened my account yahoo, also unable to open. now its getting as like usual. so it might be error in yahoo network too

I've also experienced that just a couple of weeks ago, it is definitely annoying. I had hard time opening my email, when it opens the loading takes forever. So I tried opening my email straight through yahoo! messenger, it opens whenever I log on there.
You can change it back, since yahoo could be upgrading their site and it might take a couple of weeks or so for it to be fully-operational again..

Yup it has happened to me several days ago. I thought it was my internet connection that has problems but when I tried different websites it loaded normally. I guess we have toi understand that Yahoo is growing day by day and the numbers of users online is also eating up the resources that Yahoo can truly accomodate. For me for as long as they would continue to expand their capacity nothing wrong with it and the timeouts would be minimized it's understanadable for me.

i seldom encounter that kind of error with yahoo. most of the time yahoomail works nicely for me. where do you connect? i mean, who is your service provider? maybe they have the problem and not your computer.
anyway, goodluck and hope you resolve that problem soon. ^__^

I haven't really thought about that, that maybe it could be the service provider. I will check about that. Well, it's still not resolve...thanks for the tip. But it's okay now coz I changed my email add here in myLot..so i'm receiving all the notifications now..yeey!

It could be that you have a worm or trojon called a browser hijaker. Get this software called adaware, its free and it will scan your computer for spyware, adware, malware trjons and other harmfull software unknowinly placed in your computer. You may also want to download a new copy of Yahoo, and deleite all your temp files and browser files.

I am also experiencing error when logging in to my yahoo mail. I did check my e-mails today and it load so slowly, thus ending up in connection time out.
Perhaps, if I am not wrong, they are upgrading their server or site.
I hope this will be improved soon.
