Red wine for heart health

I have heard so much about this and looked into it and all, but what they never say is what KIND of red wine is the "good for your heart" kind? Does anyone know of a brand name or style of red wine that this pertains to? I'm not a drinker of anything but ice tea, and am looking into more about this, but so far, they don't tell you specifics about what wine does this. Boone's Farm? (lol!)
