relax, take a break

there are times that i wanted to go somewhere else just to relieve the stress from work and even the so-called problems. beaches is always my last refuge. i just love going to the beach, watching the sand and just trying to look at how beautiful HIS work of art. amazing!

I lived in Florida before and I loved going to the ocean just to sit by the beach and listen to the sound of the waves. In my opinion is a great therapy.

if you have too much stress you will not work efficiently. have a break is a way to prepare a new begining about the next work. so we human have holidays, sundays, saturdays. it is reported that if one keep work for 10 days, he will not do a good job. the boss must not like that. so do the workers. go and have a rest, it is really nice.

you're definitely right. stress does matter to a perfection of one's work. God even rest at the 7th day:-)
