Which do you prefer, milk or yogurt?

Hi!All
I think not only milk but also yogurt is good food to me. However, my stomach is not used to the cold and sour yogurt. So I prefer milk to yogurt. But I don't like too sweet milk. Some brands of milk are too sweet to not affect the appetite. What do you think of it?

Depends on the mood I am in, but most of the time, I really prefer milk over yogurt. Yogurt is actually something that I have to be in the mood to eat.

definitely milk. i just cant take the taste of yogurt. but they do say yogurt is much more nutritious than milk. still i prefer milk

Yogurt is more easily digisted than mlik. They are both nutritious.

I would prefer milk over yogurt. I am more happy to have a glass of milk rather than a spoon of yogurt. I love to have milk with a chocolate Complan mix in it. It is wonderful and even healthy.
