do you know how to use a hola hoop?

I love playing with a hoolahoop when I was a kid! I was the best in it and I could even hoolahoop while walking, that's good to say I can swing my waist while walking. LOL I could do more than a hundred swing and even if it falls down to my knees, I could swing it back up to my waist and do more. ^__^;; before, that was already awesome. now I think you would have to know how to swing it in different parts of your body. :p I stopped playing it when I reached my highschool days but I felt the urge to play it again when I started working because I think it can be a good way to trim the waist. LOL I want to buy a hoolahoop but I can't find a good one and all I can find are plastics that can be disassembled but easily loosens up.

Hello hopejordan, I loved hola hoop when I was a small kid but never try to do it when I get older. It sounds a bit difficult for me to hola hoop right now *smiles* Maybe, you should ask your daughter to teach you how to hola hoop better?

I used to be really good at the hula hoop when I was a kid. But now all it does is spin around once or twice and then fall to my feet. I think I've lost my touch! LOL

I used to be good at the hoola hoop, not so much anymore. As big as my butt is now I don't think the hoola hoop would even get past my hips anymore lol!
