No bake peanut butter fudge? Anyone know a recipe?

Hi..I had a friend give me some peanut butter fudge which they say is really simple to make..I need the simplest simplest recipe.
Does anyone have a recipe for peanut butter fudge that doesnt require baking?

No bake and no cook. Yes..that's right. ^-^
1 cup of peanut butter
1/4 cup of powdered milk
2 Tablespoons of honey
mix-ins per tastes
Mix this and make spoonfuls of it. Place on wax paper for an hour in the fridge until set. You may freeze these as well for a healthy snack in the warmer months.

i have a few good ones but i will give you the simpliest one i have you need 2 c. sugar
1/3 c. cocoa
1/2 c. milk
1 stick butter
Mix ingredients in heavy pan. Cook all ingredients to a full boil. Boil hard for one full minute. Remove from heat and add:
1/2 c. peanut butter (smooth)
3 c. quick oatmeal
Stir until well blended. Drop by teaspoons onto wax paper. Cool.

Thank you ..I will try this..I am looking for the simplest..Not because I dont know how to cook; because in fact I cook very well; but because I have limited time..with work and all.
