How Many Pounds of Halloween Candy Did Your Kids Bring Home?

I have about five pounds of candy. My son just wanted to see how much he could get. Now he's busy handing them out to the young ones in the neighborhood. He's trying to make restitution (is that the word?) for scaring the you know what out of them. One parent was going to call the cops because he was scaring her child. Mmmmm.

well my babies were sick for halloween, but we did go to grandmas and nanas and she gave them each a little pumpkin filled with candy and then when we went to nanas house they all got about 20 pieces each because nana knew they weren't going trick or treating,so it worked out great.

I hope your babies are feeling much better. 20 pieces each is still a good deal.

Restitution is a good word. Your son had a good Halloween if he scared the pants off the other kids. He must have had a good costume.
Our kids are grown and out of the house so the only Halloween candy we have in the house would be leftovers from the store. I am guilty of munching once in awhile.

that was good of him . But to call the cops! what is halloween for?
but to dress scary or what ever ya want to do . If the parent thought he would scare the kid they shouldnt have been out or if it was at the house the parent should havenot let the kid look lol
My neighbor has this awful mask he wears when answering the door I heard all kinds of screams coming from there lol but it was on the little kids just the teenagers

I bought 10 1/2 lbs of candy and I gave away most of it to the little trick or treaters. My daughter is 13 and she didn't get much at all. She was quite disappointed. I told her that the older you get the less you get hahaah! I think this is her last hurrah on the trick or treating front. Well, maybe next year. I hate seeing her grow up this fast!
