Have you ever gotten a receipt at a fast food restaurant that says call this number, tell us how we are doing and you will be entered to win $10,000 or so dollars ?
Have you ever taken time to call and take the survey..
I know Walmart sometimes has an opportunity for you to take a survey too..
Do you take time for such things..Some times I do but other times by time I get home from all my shopping I forget.

You mean you never go to Burger King or McDonalds..or is it in your country the receipts dont ask you to call and answer a few questions about the service given?

Usually if they have it ..it will be on the reverse side of the receipt.

I do these surveys online sometimes.I've never won anything but you never know.

It's nice you see them online; but, that is not what the discussion is about..it's about the receipts you get at fast food restaurants or other stores..that sometimes ask you to call and complete a survey or other to tell about your visit or the service you received.

I do, if I remember. I have gotten them from Burger King before. I also have recieved a $5 giftcard from petsmart for filling one out. It is a way to find out what the customers think. I like to tell my good experiences as well as bad.

Yes..Burger King does give out receipts with phone numbers to tell how they did..and so does Mc Donalds.

There are sometimes when I can actually remember to do so that I will take that survey. A lot of places that I have seen do this now; places like Target and Wal-Mart along with restaurants like Taco Bell and Chili's. I guess it's a good reason to take the survey because the odds have to be as good, probably better, than winning a lottery and there's a substantial prize. Who knows, you may get lucky, too...

Yes, I take the time to enter their sweepstakes because I love entering contests. I haven't won anything yet from Walmart or any of the stores, but it sure would be nice to! I am sure you would love to, right? Taco Bell, Burger King, Target, and K-mart all give opportunities as well.
I would recommend to place the receipt by your computer so you won't forget to do it. It is interesting to do them, though :).
