i think i have sleeping problem , perhaps it is now sleeping disorder since mine was not really normal anymore. My sleeping pattern change and its really hard. It's been a long time since i havent experience waking up feeling refreshed which i really missed. Maybe mine is due to stresses of life, lots of thinking and problem. maybe because i worry a lot of things.

Mine too is from pain. A car accident eight years ago severely damaged my neck and lower back. Also my fibromyalgia causes pain, but the fibromyalgia mostly makes me restless and itchy at night. Which is not a good combo when a person is trying to sleep! LOL

Sleep isn't a problem with me. The only problem I have with it is that I want to have more. LOL. I believe my hours of sleep is sufficient but I just love sleep so much that I'm not contented with that sufficient amount. However, I force myself to limit my sleeping time because I do have lots of things to do. The only reason why I don't get to sleep soundly at night is my fear of fire. Recently, there has been several big fire incidents around my neighborhood. I fear I would be waken from my sleep again due to these things. This is the only thing that deprives me of a good sleep.
