I Love My Sister!

My sister is 10 years younger than me, so when we grew up, I was more of a mom figure to her than a sister. I left home when she was 8, and I got married when she was 9. I lived in California while I was in the Marines, and didn't move home until she was 13. Now, she is 30 (I'm 40), and she has grown into such a beautiful woman. (It's weird to call her a 'woman' lol) I don't mean just outward beauty, although she is also very pretty. I mean, her spirit; her soul. She is without a doubt, the kindest person I have ever known. She is always happy, and pleasant to be around. I don't know of anyone who doesn't like her. She is one of those people who would do anything for anyone. I wish I had her personality. I am totally opposite-I'm grouchy most of the time! She is a Christian, and dedicates her whole life to the Lord, and her love for Him radiates from her, all the time. She had a miscarriage in July, and it just killed me not to be there for her. I have been through it myself, twice, and I just wanted to wrap my arms around her. I miss being away from her, more than anyone else. She makes me want to be a better person. I love her dearly.

that is os touching and after reading it i too wanted to write down what if eel for my sister.it's almost like you in our case too.I'm the younger one and she's 6 years elder to me.back in childhood she will always treat me like her daughter telling me to do my homework, asking mom for my permission to go out, taking my sides.she moved out of home for her education when i was 14.i cried so much because i was losing my friend and my partner in crime.then things got better and i moved to the same town for my education too and now she's married and it hasn't changed her a bit towards me.she loves me the same now and does all the things she would do anyhow. She's the one who does all the shopping for me.She still calls me everyday without fail at times twice a day.I love her for what she is.she's the most amazing woman i have known in my life.whenever she's around she'll make sure everybody is laughing and enjoying themselves.for her family is foremost.i love her for what she is!i 'm lucky to have a sister like her.
