How do you prepare your Thanksgiving Turkey???

I was wondering how you make your Turkey.. do you deep fry it, cook it the traditional in the oven way, add any extra flavor etc etc.
my Husband perfers it deep fried i however like it the old fashion stuffed and in the oven all day way. how about you??/

I do mine in the oven as an all day thing. I haven't tried roasting or grilling it and I really should at least try it once.

the deep fry is actually pretty good but im set in my ways and i like to stick with the old traditional way!

I prefer to bake my turkey the old fashioned way. I stuff it and cook it in the oven. Sometimes we inject it with creole butter sauce. I rub the skin down with olive oil and sprinkle a little cajun seasoning over the top also.
