Pls give me suggestion of the products package

I think that you make sure how this damage of the items happened since the package is still in good condition. There must be some reason for it before you can completely settle this problem. You have not specified what are the products put in the carton box. There are chances that without damaging the carton box, the contents can get damaged due to impact, shake and vibration and also due to bad transportation. Glass material for that matter gets broken inside the small box that is kept in a carton. Some food products which are packed in glass bottles like jams get broken while transporting. These are all part of the game. Chances are there, the buyer/distributor might have replaced the new ones wth old one. If you are only transit man, then the goods must have been damaged during the transport. Once you receive the complaint from clients, you have to give replacements.

The carton might not have got damaged , but the products still have the chance of getting damaged . BTW what was the product that was inside the carton? any glass like items ? or food items ? what ever it be ..still there is chance of getting damaged even if the carton is still looking healthy !!!
