They do say that a problem aired is a problem shared and if you have good supportive friends then it is good to share your worries as they can offer a different view and can advise on what they would do. I have been very lucky because I have shared my worries on Mylot and have been given so much help, support and offers of friendship that my problems have been solved because of them. We all need friends and if we don't share our worries it makes us ill.

Yes and of course I will share my worries with myself. I will not others know about my worries as I knew that they cannot solve my worries. Normally at midnight I will talk to myself for what cause made me feeling so worry or worries. It not just that I don't want to share it with my friends, but I have a lot of experiences regarding sharing secret things with friends. They normally cannot keep deeply to themselves but sometimes will tell others what I have told and shared with them or any third party. Just matter-of-fact, at least I myself have to settle that worries and if not me, who else?. Better I share my worries with myself rather than to say sorry to my friend. And this is one of my bad habit, may be or I think!!!.

That's true, sharing with friends does kind of take the weight off of yourself when you have so many burdens to carry. I have many worries right now. I worry about why I can't be a better christian, I am still new at this, and I am fighting many of my old habits that I find myself falling into. I am worried about my parents, they are having financial troubles! I am worried about my daughter doing better in school. I am worried for myself because I am falling into a depression. I am worried about my husband because he is in another country away from us, he doesn't want to be there and it's hostile and anything can happen to him in the blink of an eye. It's a wonder my hair hasn't completely fallen out.

our worries should not be kept with ourselves, coz if we cant handle it, it may blow your head off. sometimes we need to share it with our friends, our family members, its always less worry if you can say what is it that bothers you. but some people dont tell what they feel to others. like me, sometimes i share what my worries are, to my friends or family members, but sometimes i keep it myself specially when it concerns me, i try to handle it and i dont want to bother them for my own problems. have a good day.

I usually don't tell others my worries. I'd like to resolve all my problems myself. I prefer to share my happiness with my friends.

My worries are all money related worries. With the rising prices for gasoline and groceries our budget is just to darn tight. Right now my biggest worry is how to pay for Christmas gifts for our kids. I don't really share my worries with anyone but my husband.
