Have you seen the movie the movie Why Did I Get Married by Tyler Perry?

Yes, I went to see it and I could really relate to the movie. I even put in a discussion for it under my name asking folks about it. I even bought the dvd when it came out. What I liked about it was the fact that for the most part, these couples were truly dedicated to their marriages, although my heart went out to for Jill Scott at what she had to face. But I am glad that she ended up with a far better man than what she had and I applauded her comment in the end. She was good.

I have seen the movie and watched it a number of good times. I actually own a DVD copy of this wonderful picture. One thing about it is that one or two things relate to the viewer's real life. I found myself in two or three like situations portrayed in the movie. Overall, it's a good work, especially and well-done by a marvellous cast.

I know what you mean by seeing myself in it. From my past realtionships that and also some of my friends. I know that one ladies husband made me mad when he told her she looked like a cow that jumped over the moon. I guess because I have had weight problems myself.

i loved the movie!! i think i may be a little partial to it though, seeing as i was an extra. if you watch the movie, int he very begining when janet jackson is giving the speech to the class room, i am the red headed girl with short hair in the back ground. it was a great experience. i got to meet janet jackson, malike yoba ((sorry if i mispelled his name)) and tyler perry. they were all really funny! janet complimented my hair, but i was really to scared to talk to her. her body guard was HUUUUGGGGEE!!! it realyl was a great movie though. it was touching, and made me shed a little tear or two in the end.
