dear hunnie, i couldn't believe when i went to the bookstore just how many magazines they're were on it. the only thing that i didn't like were the prices!! your best bet at a bookstore, is to purchase one book on it, that covers the basics especially, and some extras. also have you seen the infomerical on tv for the c r i c u t ?? go to 4cricut.com you will probably just have to have one once you see all that it can do to make everything so fast, efficient, easier, and fun fun fun. stanzi my cricut is on its way to me and i can't wait to get started with it. it's a great cutting tool and it is a separate unit from your computer you can even carry it over to your friends house, it weighs only seven pounds!!!

I'm a 10 year vet at scrapbooking! Love it! An amazing way to preserve your memories! I have a blog where I share my layouts, tips and suggestions and "how-to's" for page layouts. They are all my own layouts. I started at the bottom and worked my way up only to realize you don't need alla those new fangled gadgets they constantly come out with. I have free patterns you can print out and lots of ideas The blog is Scrapbook Layout Ideas and you can get the link from my profile. I also have a blog where I am helping my grand daughter with her school fund raiser - they collect the Box Tops 4 Education labesl from foods and grocerys items. I had such a HUGE stock of sb stuff, that I swap FREE scrapbook supplies and embellishments for your box tops! Take a look at Scrapbook for Box Tops blog in my profile for details And there are lots of magazine. My favorite was Creating Keepsakes. I thought thye had the most to offer at the best price - most pages, most helps, most layout ideas etc. Others just didn't have the photos or directions and such the way CK does. Good luck with your scrapbooking - also, check on line for some SB stores. I used to check at the end of the month and go directly to their SALE page and found so much there for low prices.
