My son had a project for school where he had to cook something and bring it to class. I never write down my recipes but, figured he would enjoy knowing how to make it on his own in the future. We made it and wrote it down as we went. My friends here on MyLot all know that I cook from scratch so, the reference to Bisquick on the recipe is to make it easier for others to make. I make my own Bisquick from scratch with organic flour but, I'm sure the recipe will be just as good with store bought. Oh, the recipe is for Chicken and Dumplings.
