How Do I Insert an Item on My Blog?

How do I insert an item on my blog, such as an e-book, for instance, to give away for a donation to my PayPal account? I have no idea how to do this. I have a blog, a PayPal account, and a PDF file. Any help you could give would be greatly appreciated. You can check out my blog, via my profile link, if you'd like.
