Cure for Constipation

One of the best ways of tackling constipation is through doing Yoga. If you do even two asanas, specifically Padahastasana and Dhanurasana along with Nauli, you can find a good relief. Also take two to three bananas after dinner at night. And to answer the call of nature properly in the morning, drink a litre of water after getting up from bed. Add more fiber rich dishes to your menu and have a healthy living..

I think this is a problem with todays diet for a lot of people, I think having a hand full of cashew nuts is good and it is also nice eating the cashew it is a pleasure to have them...
