man or women boss?

work with a man(boss) it's good..but with women it's not easy.because women easy to angry with a small problem..is it right?

I think working with man boss is comfortable than women boss,it doent means that all woman boss are not good.For small small problems they get worried easily.

uh no, women bosses are generally way better. there are men bosses that can be even nastier than a woman. guess it just depends on the boss. i am guessing you had a bad woman boss in the past eh?

my boss is a man. i think he is too easy to get angry. i am afrid of that. even i say a word he will yell at me. i don't know whether a woman boss will do so. i wanna quit the job.
