Could anyone please tell me in detail how they would define a `Graphical Environment'?

Graphical Environment is area where we place all components with colors and various fonts. It may be FORM / WebPage etc.

this is my own understanding, graphical environment from the word "graphic" all that you see in your desktop computers and laptops are the graphical environment from its icons, wallpapers, themes, desktop, pictures etc. (WYSIWYG) now, with all the latest themes, wallpapers and the like you can customize your graphical environment especially if you are using vista or any OS that is unattended. i hope am right. :)
