I come from Indo, so of course rice is our staple food. Now I live in Finland where their staple food is potato, but I HAVE to eat rice every now and then 'coz I have a rice belly ha ha ha...if I don't eat rice for a long period of time, I'll crave for it. So I always have some rice at home, ready to cook whenever I feel like eating it. YUM YUM...

Yes,rice is our staple food too.I am form China.But i would like to tell you that rice won't take you more fat but health.Because the energy of the rice is less than much food!My friend,please put health on the first position!

Malaysia is also one of the Asian countries. You know the staple food of Asian people of course is rice. I like rice very much so I almost take rice twice a day as my dairy meals. We usually like to take plain rice together with three dishes and a soup. Occasionally we do take fried rice. Anyway one of my favorite ways of eating is to take plain rice with chicken curry. I do like clay pot chicken rice with an egg and veggie on top of it.
