Here it is almost Thanksgiving with pumpkin pies, sweet potatoes, and all kinds of good foods that we diabetics have been told not to eat.
But my dear friends I am putting some holiday recipes on my blog that we can eat.
One is a pumpkin cheesecake. I just had a slice of this yesterday and it was delicious. Then there is the cranberry sauce we all love but cant eat...so I have a tangerine cranberry relish that we can eat. And what about that dressing...oh yeah I have one made from whole wheat bread that will knock your taste buds for a loop.
So get ready for the holidays and eat and enjoy. You can find these tasty recipes and more at

If you have any holiday recipes please share them with us.
Did you think you were going to miss out on eating your favorite holiday foods?

My mother in law is a diabetic, so when she comes to visit, I'm always worried about what I'm going to cook. I just bookmarked this blog site so that I could go in later and copy some of your recipes. I know that she will love the tangerine-cranberry relish. It sounds yummy, and I'm not even diabetic!
