By Dan Browning, Star Tribune Last update: November 08, 2007 – 1:16 PM "A 42-year-old New Ulm man who admitted this morning to making lascivious videotapes of a young girl during a sleep-over at his house several years ago will face 10 to 20 years in a federal prison for his crimes." Okay now this was sickening to read. How can one do such a thing and expect to get away with it? And he kept the tapes in his house? Unreal. I am sorry but I for one am for chemical castration in situations like this. Some states are trying to make this legal punishment as a sentence. I think some already have it in the law books as well.
