friends, In many places where i go on official tour, either in transit houses or hotels, fruit or fruit juices are placed as part of the break fast.I would like to know is it really must to have either of these as part of break fast?

Might be non availability of your taste o menu with them you can opt for fruits. I dont think juices fit for breakfast. Fruits or vegetables as raw can be taken instead of brekfast so they have kept i think to ease our breakfast needs.

Fruits and fruit drinks are not a necessity to eat or drink, but are a very good source of vitamins and minerals as opposed to other breakfast choices. Also, they are very tasty and very filling.
