papaya & guava - Papayas are an excellent fruit for antioxidants. Guava's are cholesterol, saturated and sodium free, plus low in fat and calories.
Good Informative Discussion - thank you very much, vsraovsr, for providing a very good tips of having that both fruits. And agree with your providing as I've a bit knowledge about it after I've being warded for 7 days in hospital for my anaemia(anemia), high cholesterol level and I recently undergone my appendix surgery operation. I erudite a lot about those fruits. And I used to take it until now. Guava are one of the best fruits available. Guava's are cholesterol, saturated and sodium free, plus low in fat and calories. Guava are high in fiber. The edible rind of a guava contains 5 times more vitamin C than an orange. Papayas are an excellent fruit for antioxidants, containing not only vitamin E, but also more vitamin A than carrots and more vitamin C than oranges. Patients taking papaya enzymes have shown to recover faster from surgery, radiation, and chemotherapy. That is why I can tell the benefits for those fruits, as it is my experience talking and not my tongue talking. My profound learning. Happy Posting my friend, vsraovsr.
