in every country have their own best universities that their specialty of teaching is Engineering particularly Civil, I know you have also in Indonesia because i saw it online the top 400 universities in the world, 2 universities in indonesia included...here in the Philippines the best university for civil engineering is UP- University of the Philippines, they are the number one among the top 20 universities in the Philippines.

My dads got his civil engineering degree up at Michigan Tech and he's making close to 200k a year in Port Huron, MI being the civil engineer.
