Rahul Dravid, The Wall, is one of the best batsmen of the world. A player with a great class. He has served India the most. Recently, he is sufferng from poor form and he has been accused of playing slow.. But astonshingly if u will see the stats of All ODI's played in 2007, The Strike Rate of Rahul Dravid (82.05) is better than the hard- hitting Kevin Pietersen (78.67), Kumar Sangakkara (71.04). And it is almost identical to Micheal Clarke (82.60), Chris Gayle (84.25) and Mahela Jayawardena (82.37). Nobody has ever called Kumar Sangakkara playing slow. But why we always blame Rahul Dravid, even though he is suffering from poor form but yet his strike rate is better than kevin Pietersen... Note: The Strike Rates are written in brackets, it means the average runs scored per 100 balls.

There are lot of guys who have some good knicks and form. It is always good that new and new players are given opportunities. Dravid has been fielding poor and batting poor. Time for him to retire from 1st class cricket.

Ya Rahul is the best player and since he has not scored only in one series its not good to keep him away from team.
