Any exprencies to share while attending a wrong number in phone call

I had many times got wrong numbers, some times it is really a mess and some times that could just put in laughs. Few days back a person called me and told that I had won a jackpot and gave a number to contact the organizers who had conducted it. I did that and they came to my home with few books, crackers and gift box. When I just checked my name I came to know that the person is not me. This was informed to organizers and they tried to contact the person with name and it was not possible as they could not get his number. Lastly they again came to my house saying that the number is my and the prize is also to be accepted by me. But I just cannot accept that as I am not the person whose name is given there. After a bit conversion on this lastly the organizers commended that we need only the number the name can be changed at any time and they presented that gift to me. They also gave in written that the gift is to be only accepted by me. When I opened the box I found a gold chain with a beautiful locket. Hope that was my lucky day may be my lucky wrong number.

back when my 4 girls were small, I was also babysitting several children daily and my house was zoo you mite say, the phone directry accidently printed my number as a hot-line for stressed-out parents to call and vent rather than take their anger out on their children! I got so many calls due to that printing error! Alas, there was nothing to be done to correct the print error until the new book was issued the following year.

I that was really a nice experince which is common as per the errors in printing, here also there are wrong calls like this. +++ for this reponds.

The only wrong numbers we get are for the local town office which is one number out of the 4 different than ours,old people or looking for one of my boyfriends 6 brothers and thinking "hes"the one thats the plumber,haha.
