has i was preparing for my soon to be new baby soon and it reminded me of a gradn gesture and old friend of mine did when i had my last baby. i came home from the hospital to a balloon boquet that consisted of 100 beautiful balloons, a pack and play filled to the brim with formula, bottles diapers etc and then in the bedroom was a bassinett filled with baby clothes after baby clothes on top of that she had dinner waiting and my house cleaned up it was one of the nicest things anyone has ever done for me and i just always seem to find myself reminincing about that everytime i go to purchase another baby item, or like tonight buying birthday balloons for my daughters party tomorrow and so on. so i was wondering has anyone ever done anything so kind and selfless for you that just seems to follow you ??? if so please share

Wow thats awesome! Very kind and thoughtful indeed.
I don't have anything like that, especially if I don't bring up the obvious like mother and father. There are random smaller good deeds that happen and they keep me in a generous style of living.

I have to say that the good deed that keeps sticking in my mind comes from a midwife looking after me when i had my oldest. She gave me a piece of advice that was to be used over and over again and allow me to feed my babies my prefered way (even if it was for only a few months). here's the link to the article I wrote about it. I like to think it is my way of thanking her. Ok, my ranking isn't good enough to put it here! Oh well, she told me to use a lanolin based product to protect against nipple sorness and boy was it a great piece of advice. No bottles for a few months! Pitty that I sneezed and that was the end of it for my oldest! lol.
