im weighing 70kilos..and i want to be thin ..any suggestions???

I wouldn't suggest diet pills, but a daily multivitamin, yes. Also, cut out sugars as much as possible. And try switching to whole wheat flour, whole grain pastas and cereals, wheat bread, and stop drinking soda, if you do. I lost over 30 lbs now just from cutting out soda from my diet, and switching to wheat flour and whole grain pasta and cereal, and wheat bread. Im a carb addict, so that was the best I could do, I couldn't cut out carbs completely. Also, I walk everyday with my daugher who is 2. Good Luck!
