Not really. I'll be 40 this month and I guess that I feel about 40. Although the years between 30 and 40 FLEW past me, so I feel about the same as I did at 30. I guess that's a good thing!

I used to feel much older, but then lost 70 pounds and physically I feel like I am 25 again. I emotionally feel like a teenager, enjoying playing video games with my son and just keeping in touch with his interests.
