Ok. I want you to try this schedule for 30 days. And, let me know if it works for you. 6am Feeding, allow child to sleep in an open room, with shades open, door open or ajar. 10am feeding, playtime..... 2pm feeding, allow child to nap in closed room, shades drawn, door closed, no distractions such as siblings, phone ringing, visitors, etc. Allow for a 2-3 hour nap. 6pm feeding. Put to bed after dinner. Do not feed anymore until 6am, do not pick up child anymore until 6am. That was the schedule that worked for us. A child that young should be getting a 12 hour sleep at night. You can move the times a little such as 7am 11 am 3pm and 7pm....but make sure the spacing is the same between the times as the schedule I posted for you. Try it. And remember, it will take some time. It takes 30 days to make or break a habit. Just remember that! Good Luck!
