Tom's miracle ...

Hello All,
It may seem strange for me to post this under the "life" category. Yet, I guess it's not so strange, since death is a natural part of life.
My brother Tom, fought with all his might, and humor I might add, to live. I prayed, (and asked many of you to do the same) that he would get his miracle -- whatever his miracle might be.
Well, last night Tom lost his tragic battle. His death brought an end to his agonizing pain. Perhaps that was his miracle.
To those of you who prayed for Tom, and his son -- I thank you from the bottom of my heart. Your willingness to place a total stranger in your thoughts and well wishes is a great testament to mankind, as a whole.
May he rest in peace. And, frollick once again with his favorite dog, Niko.

I offer you my sympathies for your brother Tom, ladyluna. But at least you can be happy because he's finally resting and who knows, perhaps in a better place. There are times when things get to a point in which there is no return and all is suffering, so I think that nature brought what had to be brought. Now all you have to do is think about him whenever you need him and he will always be with you.
