Well, I understand that the amount of sleep required by a person depends on various factors like age, mental and physical status of a person etc. On an average an adult individual requires 8 hours of sleep which gradually gets reduced as the advancement of age. But to have a sound sleep without any inturruptions or getting the sleep immidiately after going to the bed are some things which I feel only some lucky people can have! I in person don't get sleep immmidiately I go to bed unless I am too tired physically or mentally. And even if I go to sleep I am dreaming all the time and many a times I get up in the middl;e of sleep all of a sudden without any apparant reason. Because of this I feel exhausted next day. As a remedy I have a sleeping pill on regular basis to have a sound sleep. How about you ? Do you enjoy a sound sleep in general ?

Hello there. Recently, I am suffering from the same problem. I have not been sleeping well. Many things are running through my mind and I find it very difficult to fall asleep. Sleeping seems so easy for some people. For me, It's getting difficult. I have to admit I am someone who thinks a lot. That's the main reason why I cannot sleep. Even though I may be tired physically, emotionally and mentally, I still cannot sleep well. My sleep will usually be interrupted by dreams. I have never tried sleeping pills before. I am restricting myself from trying it. I think it's no good to rely on pills to sleep. I think you should try not to take sleeping pills too. Now I am trying to tire myself out during the day (ie. busy work, running and etc) in the hope that I will be too exhausted at night to think.
