I am getting the divorce!!!! It is sooo hard. I am living with my parents and he (the soon to be ex) is harrasing me by saying that it is not a habital place to live and even my nutty aunt who is realy cert. nutty per her dr has been asked by the court to testify. Whew. Well I have my ss benefits which he does not know about and I have our therapist who he confessed abusing me to too. Well. He is now asking to have FULL custudy of my little boy, which I hope is just a ploy. He has not seen little one since july and now will be able to see him every Sunday, the first to for 4 hours supervised and then 6 hours the next 2 sundays until the next hearing on the 5th of Dec. He is not paying full child support, but he is paying a little. His parents and grandmother were at the hearing and I just had my mother. It must be nice not to have to work for a living for them to be able to come down and "support" him like that. Please pray for us, pary that he only gets supervised visits and that he pay child support and spousal support.
