No, I am not quite satisfied with the selection process.. They don't seem to value the experienced cricketers at all.. They just sideline them once they play badly for 3-4 games.. They also don't seem to recognise a lot of talent that is mushrooming in a lot of states...

No, I am completely unsatisfied with Indian selectors of Indian cricket team and their selection process. I think they dont take right desigions at right time. Recently, they asked Sachin Tendulkar for captaincy but not Saurav Ganguly. I dont know why they didnt asked Ganguly for captaincy in test cricket. Ganguly has proven himself as best captain uptill now for Indian team.......

No , not completely. There r biases in tyhe selection criteria, but again selectors are human beings and most human beings r biased. Its just human nature. But at this level, biased decisions should be checked. And I think a new committee shud b setup to keepp a check on selectors!
