Unpredicted dangerin island resorts

To day I came across one news which is really unbelivable but its true. there are closely 150 deaths at an avarage in island resortsdue to fall of coconuts on the tourists heads. Is there any solution to this? many people are losing their preseious lives in most unexpected way.
