Hello elshaddai123,Thanks for your post.As far I remember,I know just one built by all vowels and that one is "Rousseauian" ie the theories of the philospher and professor Rousseau.

Hello elshaddai123,I remember another two EUTOPIA and EUNOIA ( alertness of mind and will power).A single alphabet cannot contain all vowels in English language, or I appologise for my ignorance.
