Insomnia is terrible!Who can help me out of this trouble!

I have got very bad insomnia for a long long time!I did not get a good sleep during this period.I fell very depressive every day.I am a student of a university and am studying for my master degree.Unstoppable insomnia life make me lose the confidence.And under this condition,i decide to give up my study!I dont know if it is a right choice.But i am not happy and cannot get any advancement in my major.Is there any person can give me some good suggetion who have some similar experience and have get out from this terrible situation.Of course i am glad to hear anybody's good ideal.I will be very appriciated by what you have given me!

you are a unlucky person.all the person who have got insomnia is unlucky and live a bad life.i have had trouble in falling asleep for 10 years from my high school and from then on i always feel discontented with my life.insomnia has much to do with your personality ,life attitude,pressure from outer circumstance.it is no question that if you are optimistic,active,brave,big-hearted,you will definitely keep away from the insomnia. so in my eyes,the most effective way to recover is to change your attitude towards life.but i know the total change need a long period so you can take some exercise to distract you .now i persist in handstand and it works.lol hope insomnia disappear sooner in the world!god bless me!

Before going to the bed, you should take a shower with warm water. Then, you should drink milk or soy products to warm your stomach. If it doesn't help, you will need to go to your doctor. I think you're too much worry about your grade and education.
