Would you not love to be working for this YWCA who pays it's employees a hourly rate of $34.11 just to make copies for an FOI Request? I thought the mission of the YWCA was to "Eliminate Racisim and to Empower Women" Looks to me like the only people being empowered here is the ones getting this type of Salary. Check out this News Article. Do you think All YWCA's are abusing fnds or is it just this one particular YWCA? http:/www.theitem.com/Apps/pbcs.dll./article?AID=/20071111/ITNEWS01/711110043

I just pulled it up and read the article. I am in GA, my daughter broke her leg. So I came down here to help her out. Last year I was in a cast for Christmas and this year it will be her. Sounds as if things are about to come to a head down there. Keep up the good work. My email is full right now so that is why my email bounced back. I hadn't checked it in over a week. So I will have it all cleared

There you are...Sorry to hear about your daughter...I guess you seen the newest article. There is to be more letters to the editor Wednesday. The reporter couldn't tell us the details but claims one is try to bring down the former shelter manager, Just some attacks, to distract the real issue. But what they don't understand they can do what ever they want with that...That is not what the issue is. The question is WHERE is the MONEY. The controller actually wrote a crazy letter last week, that stated that she has been there for 40 years...It makes her look pretty bad, when she can't do a better job of explaining where the money went.

Got an update today...LOL the next article is ready not sure if it will go out this week or the weekend. The Reporter was meeting with the CPA today. Quite possible she could get better information from him this time, after she informs him that she is aware that his license were revoked in 2001. LOL YES you read that right. The Man that does their yearly audits you know the one that when the TV Reporter asked the ED if those funds go to the Women's Shelter the ED stated "Well our Auditor says they do" Doesn't sound too convincing now that we know that he had his license revoked in 2001. I'll let you know when the next article comes out, it won't be long before you start seeing these articles in your own paper.

I seen the post on myspace and also seen the news video on WISTV. What a Story... If that women has nothing to hide, then why does she not just produce the information that will prove she has done nothing wrong. Why drag herself and the organization through all this? I wonder what the National YWCA in whole thinks about this? Can they not step in and get rid of this poor management and Board? I want that job for $34.11 making copies. Any Non-Profit Organziation that has hourly pay rates of $34.11 for any position, definately needs to be investigated.

I got a call today from the Sec of State. So that investigation will soon be on it's way. Oh you'll love this...The auditor she spoke of that claims that the funds do go to the shelter...The News reporter contacted me today and shared that she recieved an email from a city official stating that his license were re-voked in 2001 and she was able to confirm that. Everyday that goes by, something new is exposed or someone new speaks up. It just goes to show you that Secrets can't be kept for ever...Eventually they will be exposed. For every lie you tell, how many do you have to tell to cover it up? I know she has lost count.

Well, I got a email today on the new article in the Item. I bet those board members are not so proud of their decision today. Do they not know how guilty they are making themself look. That ED is taking them all for a ride it sounds like. Do those board members not know that they are the ones that will be held accountable for any wrong doings. You have be sitting back and enjoying this after that article. Keep me informed on what's going on down there. It sounds like it's heating up! lol

The reporter showed up at teh board meeting and immediately they went into the Executive session for 1.5 hours. Then came out and told her they were willing to drop the fee. LOL Wait for Sunday's article. You will not want to miss that one. I'll try to remember to send you the link.
