I can't rate people

Help me. I can't rate anyone. When ever I click on +, I don't see it marked rated when I refresh the page. Do any of you know the reason for that? Also, can I rate a person whom I rated before? Or can a person be rate only once per member?

gosh.. ithink you have have too many problems... why dont you have one post that talks about all your problems.. but yo u know what.. i think it will help if you chnage your browser... what browser are you using at this time.... ;-)

Internet explorer 6.0.29, planning to shift to firefox. yeah, new, I ma facing new problems every now and then with the new myLot website.........

You probably have a slow net connection or you are hitting the refresh button before the page completes loading. You cannot rate a person twice for the same response because the button is replaced by rated sign.
